Assisted Living for seniors
Our well-trained, caring staff assists each resident in accomplishing the daily tasks that may
become more difficult with each passing year. Whether the need is for help with a button,
assistance with bathing, or supervision of medications, our residents receive the tender, caring
help necessary for them to maintain their independence and self-respect.

Respite Care
Family emergencies, vacations, or illness may sometimes require a helping hand with seniors
who live in the home. The Manse also offers respite care for short-term stays from a few days to
a few weeks.

Dementia Care
The Manse has been in the Dementia Care industry for over 30 years and with the current
owner/manager, Alicia Sanchez, for the past 15 years.

Safety and Security Measures
We have 24-hour supervision at the Manse. The monitored security gate ensures controlled
access to the facility grounds. An emergency call system in each room is available to bring
immediate help. The sprinkler and alarm systems are in place to provide emergency response if
needed.
